**Introduction (15 minutes) **
- **Collection and Presentation: **
The leader welcomes the participants and explains the theme of the day. - Brief review of the basic principles of survival: Shelter, water, fire, food.
- **Group Subdivision: **
Participants are divided into smaller groups (3—5 people). Each group represents a survival team.
**Station 1: Build a Shelter (30 minutes) **
- **Assignment: **
Each group should build a primitive shelter with natural materials (branches, leaves, moss) that will protect from wind and rain. - **Purpose: **
Promote creativity and teamwork as the group plans and works together under time pressure. - **Challenge: **
Limited time and limited resources — the team must allocate roles and use their creativity.
**Station 2: Fire and Signaling (30 minutes) **
- **Assignment: **
Light a fire with limited tools (kindling steel and dry materials) as well as create a signaling plan to attract help. - Example: Build a smoke signal or create a clear marking on the ground with stones or branches.
- **Purpose: **
Practice problem-solving and collaboration under pressure, while participants learn practical skills. - **Challenge: **
The weather or other constraints can be simulated to increase the level of difficulty (e.g., a “wet” environment).
**Station 3: Find and Purify Water (30 minutes) **
- **Assignment: **
Each group should find a source of water and create a simple water filter using natural materials (sand, gravel, coal, fabric). - **Purpose: **
Stimulate logical thinking and the importance of resource allocation. - **Challenge: **
Each team has limited time and must think strategically to prioritize what is needed.
**Conclusion and Reflection (15 minutes) **
- **Evaluation: **
Gathering at the base camp where the leader goes through the exercises and reflects with the participants:
What went well? - How did communication work within the group?
- What lessons can be applied to the world of work?
- **Cohesion Activity: **
Celebrate with a joint activity, such as sharing a coffee by the campfire.

About renature - de ofärdiga varats mirakel -
Who is Mikael Åkerman?
You could say the product of an unbroken lineage going back millions of years.
The answer to that question naturally varies depending on who you ask, but if you ask me, I would answer a guy/man who is extremely curious and interested in other people.
Some “wise” person who knows people assessed the undersigned with the letter combination E.N.F.P according to the MBTI. Whether that is good or bad, I don’t know, but I think the description is relatively accurate.
A little holiday chat from the undersigned: radioovik.se/mikael-akerman/
What have I done in the study of the interaction between humans, nature and technology?
Made many important “mistakes” that have perhaps taught me the most
Devoted about thirty years to understanding life and survival in a larger context
Read “Human Nature and Technology” and “Leather Tanning and Sewing” at the Institute for Ancient Technology
Read outdoor education at Linköping University
Inspired and instructed others through many courses, trainings & lectures on the subject
Taught jungle survival in Malaysia, and spent time with the Urangasli (Malaysia’s indigenous people)
On two occasions, did military service abroad in Bosnia and Kosovo.
Been an artistic representative at the exhibition SHELTER at Örnsköldsvik Museum
Visited and stayed with Bedouins in the Baharia Desert in Egypt
Met extremely competent friends in a variety of interesting and important fields
I am and have been quite good at copying the abilities of others, very little of what I have learned I have thought up entirely on my own.
“Good judgment comes from experience, and experience comes from poor judgment.”
The idea of this website is to highlight the important thoughts & skills that I have assessed for my/our (survival) on the conditions of nature. Hope something can inspire you.
Warm regards Mikael
